Toshiba BDX1500 review

 

Bargain bucket Blu-ray

Compact design ; Easy to use ; USB file support ; Good colour & contrast

Poor remote ; No apps ; No 1080p/24p mode ; Slow user interface

It doesn't have apps or networking, the remote is poor and it can't play 3D Blu-ray discs, yet there's something about the BDX1500, other than its low price, that we like.

Just what we needed for family entertiment. Small and doesnt take up space. Easy to operate. The only down side was that the HDMI cable was not included with it so we could not enjoy the movies straight away. I would recomend Toshiba brand to anyone as...

Gave it two stars just because it play the disks. However the biggest let down is the remote, when I can get it to work, you literally (for me anyway) have to point directly to it and about two feet away. Whilst constantly pressing the buttons hoping...
