The unit worked great out of the box. It was fairly intuitive to use. However after 9 months of use the touch screen failed to work and after many unsuccessful email attemts to contact their customer service department (they don't accept phone calls)...

Worked good when it got here

When it needed service, the company was never heard from again

Hi, i just purchased caliber p-3600 2 days before. The Caliber P-3600 looks really cute. The screen is good. I purchased this one in pc connection for $120. I dont think that I could get any other device for this price.
