i will never by this type again. I was happy with my first Vtech phone with 2 handsets. they never had the problem of having to face Mecca to hear the other person on the line - the phones literally got used up, batteries and all - and they are still...

many handsets for different rooms. ok wall mount for answering machine with 1st handset. Sleek, lights up nicely, easy to use - same phone log on all handsets. All in all, a nice phone set

if you don't face in a certain direction while you are speaking, you cannot hear the person speaking at the other end. happens too frequently for comfort and at times is intolerable (important calls, you know)

The instructions say to charge for 16 hours before hooking up to phone line, that's no lie. It took the full 16 hours to charge the batteries.

Easy set up. Good volume controls. Long battery life. Works with magic Jack ; Display is easy to read in all lighting conditions. Variable ring tones
