i am a little disapointed with the phone

How hard would it be to include the batteries needed to set up and operate the phone? That seemed fairly cheap...we were in the middle of installing desks and phones and had to make a special trip to the store for the batteries.

Other people can't hear me when I use a headset. Support is not available via the web or email, only through phone and snailmail. Phone support has long wait time, and unhelpful rep. I stated that people couldn't hear me on the headset, but the headset...

This is a nice little phone with hands-free headset for the price. It is not clear in the picture, but the headset comes with both an ear loop and headset, which was a pleasant surprise. The headset is much more comfortable for people with glasses. ...

The over-the-head set accessory for wireless functionality is great. My office has WiFi, and there is interence with the phone. Sound quality has an echo that is somewhat managable with volume settings.

This phone has no power cord. The display is powered by batteries. After a couple of weeks, my batteries died and there was no display. No display = no caller ID.

Good features and otstanding value. Speed dial is tricky to use.

I wanted a two line phone when I started working from home, and this one gave me real value for the money. Now I can connect it to both my normal home phone service, and the VOIP the company pays for.

The basic phone with useful features. Doesn\'t include all the useless ones that you will never use or figure out how to use.
