i originally had a issue with activation when i first started to set it up but called dell tech support and was on the phone with a tech in under five minutes and they solved the problem in less then three minutes. the computer was a great investment...

Very well constructed great battery life touch screen works great dell tech support is great. would recommend purchasing another 4gb stick of ram to make it a total of 8gb after adding a 4gb stick this laptop runs so fast and is very responsive. Now it...

None really but see other thoughts i had one little hiccup during original setup
