I ordered two units. One had a defective touchscreen that ASUS support was unable to troubleshoot. Newegg accepted a return. Other unit experienced hard drive failure one week after Newegg return window closed. ASUS support tells me the product is out...

Screen not so good but worth what I paid

 

If I had made my purchase from another store, with a better return policy, I would most likely return this unit do to the screen issues, but I don't have that choice with Newegg. A gamble I was willing to take so I knew what I was getting myself into...

It's pretty quick with most tasks. Plays movies from my server well. Upgradable.... I've already swapped out the mechanical hard drive with an SSD. And there is one memory slot holding 4gb of ram that can be swapped out for an 8gb stick. The other 4gb...

Worst screen on a laptop that I have owned. It's not very bright and the viewing angles are terrible.

hard to see clear/silver; keys; my toucschreen doesn't work in tablet mode; troubleshooted; reset, uninstalled and re-installed flip-lock; to no avail
