makes slightly more noise than my previous dryer but all the good points out way this.

I do most of my washing on the 'fast wash' programme which ranges from 1hour @ 60 degrees down to 35 minutes @ 20 degrees. I have not found many machines that do these quick washes any more, brilliant.

Good mix of programmes. Especially like the anti stain programme and the spin is great clothes come out just damp which saves on drying time.

I can't say that there is anything I don't like on this machine

High spin speed

Always takes longer than states at beginning. No separate short spin cycle.

Initially I thought that this had long wash cycles, until I found out how one could reduce the cycles. Now, most of my washes can be done on the quick wash - 45 mins at 40 degrees or 36 mins at 30 degrees, with very satisfactory results. Only...

No hand wash cycle, but we just use delicates and it appears to be fine. That's all!

Have purchased hotpoint for years and always very pleased. I have all hotpoint appliances.

Won't spin properly, apparently this is my fault for loading incorrectly and it only takes fabric conditioner when it feels like it!!
