Easy to use

1 cycle to long

It's very quiet, you can hardly hear it working at all.

It worked great for the first year and then ALL the long cycles stopped working. So now I can only wash on a short cycle and despite calling Hotpoint twice, I can't seem to get to speak to anyone about getting it fixed as they just pass me from pillar...

Been able to see the amount of time left for the cycle.

Does just about everything I could wish for and so quiet.

Shame it does not have a 1600 rpm spin speed.

broke down once, now there's a sqeak coming from the machine when we use it. we had a Hotpoint for 12yrs thats why we bought another Hotpoint, but this Machines build quality is not good. Would not recommend to anyone

A very good, sturdy machine with plenty of features. Excellent ECO rating.
