The Pioneer AVIC-U310BT supports digital audio playback from USB storage devices, MP3 players, and iPods. The hands-free calling feature automatically imports contacts form a paired phone. The touch screen is detachable and powered, for destination...

The preloaded point-of-interest library is severely limited. Multiple menu sources make it hard to find the parameter you want to change. No video playback options.

The Pioneer AVIC-U310BT isn't perfect, but it meets most people's needs for navigation, hands-free calling, and digital audio playback at a very affordable price.

"Just not reliable"

 

I had this unit replace 2 times (3 radio so far) at dealer. Every winter, this unit freeze and unit stop responding to Bluetooth and display stay black. Recharging front part and keeping it warm help but if my car can sustain Canadian winter, why...

Still trying to find some (price I would guess)

Best Budget Navi Deck

 

For the price, it is a no brainer.

This deck transformed my car. I now have bluetooth, ipod, HD Radio and navi running in the car. The BT works flawless! It feels like it made the car more modern

Navigation sometimes looses its location. Menu is laggy sometimes. Very weak POI database. Small screen for where the deck is located. No DVD or video input

very limited POI's, no traffic updates. the POI's are VERY limited. you can update them on pioneer's site, but it should have came stock with this unit

Decent, but...

 

Basically, it's not a bad selection for a radio with built in GPS. However, as seems to be the case around the holidays, most of the local car audio places in town are suddenly offering the same system for about $100 cheaper than I purchased it here.

Good navigation, iPod connection works fine for music, bluetooth pairs very easily
