I ENJOY THIS MICROWAVE. I USE IT EVERY DAY AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.I USE IT TO HEAT FOOD ITEMS - MOSTLY LUNCH AND DINNER FOODS. IT WORKS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. I AM PRETTY GENTLE WITH MY APPLIANCES.

The glass tray of our Panasonic stopped working 2 month's after the manufacture's 1-year warranty expired. No help from Panasonic and they are completey unwilling to stand behind their product without outside of the warranty.

This microwave is good for mabey a short short time replacement but it will not last at all.  It has poor quality and mine stoped working after about 4 months called customer service and they didnt even know about this microwave at all.  DO NOT WASTE...
