Gorgeous to look at! Froths very well, produces wonderful espresso, and very space efficient due to it's built-in grinder. The one and two shot espresso pre-sets are great

Though it froths milk very well, I wish it had a steam knob so you can control the steam (or clean the steaming wand) without having to turn the steam function on and off

All in all, I love this machine. I use it about 2 or 3 times every day. It is durable and easy to maintain, and makes a great espresso. The burr grinder is quite versatile. You can grind from coarse almost the whole way down to Turkish Coffee grounds....

Doesn't dispense right amount of water

 

The system dispenses only 1/2 oz of water for a single shot and 1 1/4 oz of water for a double shot. You can over-ride this with the program button but it won't retain the new program so you have to do it mannually each time. It also dispenses too much...

Easy To Clean, Large Water Container

Too little water dispense, Noisy, Program doesn't work, Unreliable, Messy, Dispenses too much coffee

Great Machine

 

It's well built and attractively designed. It takes a little finessing to get the right espresso, but the brew is definitely high quality. Love it!
