Very happy with this product , this is my second Karcher steam cleaner, also happy with the window sqegee, does a good job , and the new microfibre cloths are easy to use and wash .

Bought the product a week ago. I was horrified seeing the dirt that was coming from my slate floor which I had thought spotless!! Have used it every day and my floor is looking as new. Shame that only one mop head included 3 would have been appreciated

Just purchased and attempted to assemble. On trying to click the steering roller into the appropriate hole in the underside of the unit, the plastic pin snapped. Steering roller now unable to stay in. Very disappointed at quality for price I paid.
