I have bought the same web came for 1695/- on 3rd Aug 2012 and when i what to place same order again on 5th Aug 2012 the cost is 1895/- but y. Product is good and works excellently for video calls. Flip kart service is good got the product in 1 day.

Services are pathetic. product delivery was delayed. Only webcam was delivered and after follow up and registering complaint the product was delivered along with headset. Total time taken by Flipkart was 3 months for delivering the right product.
