This is hands down the worst electronic device I've ever purchased. Very bad support (hours on phone with no result). Very difficult to set up. Product simply does not work as advertised

decent resolution-could be better, no zoom, the biggest drag I think is that its not battery powered. Its wireless so can be set-up virtually anywhere BUT you need A/C power, which sort of defeats the purpose of being wireless
