Aggressively priced ; HDMI inputs ; Multiple component inputs ; Supports PIP/POP/PBP

Volume/Channel buttons are in an unusual position ; Visual design is a bit plain ; No side-mounted AV inputs ; Doesn't do blacks very well

Günstiger HD-Fernseher: Acer AT4220

 

Wer nach einem 42-Zoll-Fernseher sucht, sich aber keinen der großen Namen leisten kann, liegt mit dem AT4220 von Acer richtig. Mit diesem Modell bekommt man maximale Ausstattung – ohne gleich das Konto völlig leeren zu müssen.

Just picked up the 42" version for less than $1900. Definitely a bargin. Colours are good but not as vivid as other screens out there.

Low price, big screen

Seems to be a slight buzzing every now and then ; Cokours are good, not outstanding

Just picked it up today (37"). Haven't really gone through a 'real' calibration yet . I'll keep this updated over the next while & let You know how it is .

Great price . Great connectivity . lots of aspect modes . Non-distracting matte cabinet . No gaudy logo lights . Plenty of aspect modes . Clean remote layout . Detects interlace & progessive quickly

Horrible black levels , but I expected as much from a 1200:1 contrast ratio LCD . A little bit of brightness in the corners ( only appears on letterbox though)
