Excellent performance. Good battery life. Fun and useful camera features. Apple Intelligence adds lots of nifty little features, like audio transcriptions in Notes and Voice Memos. Faster wireless charging.

Apple Intelligence is in beta and many other features are coming later on. The Max might be too big. Maybe you don't need a Pro?
