Have used these phones for a while now without any problems. Ring tones are ok and you can allocate different tones to different numbers so you know whos calling without even getting out of the chair. Intercom is useful so i can ring the kids...

Excellent phone, not very sturdy on the base and the sound can sound slightly tinny on times, apart from that I'm pleased with my purchase and it was a bargain at less than half price!!!
