You get what you pay for. I put the batteries in ,plugged in the USB and then turned it on it didn't work at all even after several attempts. And there's no customer service to call.

When the mouse arrived it looked fine, I plugged it in to the computer and the scroll wheel was broken. The rest of the mouse worked just fine, however, I need that scroll wheel to work otherwise it will drive me crazy. I returned it to my local...

I am very pleased with this product. The price is very reasonable and I have had no issues. Easy to set up as well.
