Do try it for mussel toneing if you are not to large. Don't bother if you a lot over weight.

Been using it for two weeks and can already seen a difference, wish I had purchased one sooner. Very pleased with product would recommend.

A really good product did what I set out to do and that was to strengthen my stomach muscles

This was an upgrade and has been proved to work more efficiently and beyond my expectations.

Lots of different settings, works great for strengthening. It's not going to give ripped abs overnight but works in assisting with reps.

Can get on with other stuff while using this product. I've been using for 2x 1/2 hrs everyday for a week, haven't seen any improvement yet. Can't feel as if it's working unlike the pants (bottom toner).

Really does make a difference and I found so easy just to order and pick up. I use Argos a lot and this was the usual no problems at all.
