Its a bit tricky at first but removed hair well and I have never used a waxing kit before. I was amazed that it didnt hurt will be using this item again as it frees me from shaving

For it's compactness and simplicity (although I haven't used the hard wax yet), This product is brilliant!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it works a treat. The soft wax supplied is much better than the hard as this tends to stick to your skin and not come off on the strips.

although the wax pot is okay, the wax included is extremely messy and sticky, more so than any other wax I've used.
