Be careful when you open the battery compartment- you feel like you need to force it closed if you don't have the batteries in. Once you put the batteries in, it closes very easily.

Compact as a replacement product but viewing the display is near impossible once mounted. Hard to test it frequently as it upsets my dog.

This product installs easily. The digital display provides visual evidence that the product is working properly. In addition there is a barely noticeable periodic flash confirming that battery life is good. This is much better than cheaper CO detectors!
