If money were no object, I'd have Lifx Color 1000 BR30 LEDs all throughout my home. They're bright, they're efficient, and they offer better-looking colors than Philips Hue, plus comparable smarts thanks to integrations with the Nest Learning...
The Lifx Color 1000 floodlight LED is an Alexa-compatible smart bulb with full color controls, robust IFTTT support, and a superb design.
$50 per bulb is still prohibitively expensive, especially since you'll probably need more than one of them. They also won't work with Apple HomeKit.
Prices are still high on these kinds of color-changing LEDs, but this Lifx floodlight is one of the best. It's worth the splurge if you're into high-tech novelty lighting.

The LIFX Color 1000 is a bright, colorful, and easy-to-use smart bulb that connects via Wi-Fi without the need for a hub, but it comes at a steep price.

Well, the Lifx Color 1000 beats them.
The Lifx Color 1000 is brighter and more efficient than the first generation of Lifx bulbs, and the colors are just as true. The easy-to-use app offers a good number of features, and integrations with IFTTT, SmartThings, Nest, Windows, and Amazon Echo...
At $60 per bulb, Lifx is still an awfully expensive smart light. It also won't work with Apple HomeKit (or with Siri) like Philips Hue bulbs will.
This flat-topped smart bulb is the most well-rounded color-changer money can buy -- and a superior option to Philips Hue.

With the LIFX LED Light Bulb you can control color, brightness, and white levels using your iOS or Android device. They don't require a bridge or a hub and they deliver brilliant colors, but these bulbs are very expensive and the app is still a work in...

LIFX was our runaway favorite bulb in 2015, and the company has hardly been resting on its laurels in the year and a half since. Today's LIFX bulbs are smaller, cheaper, and brighter, but are just as easy to install and use as the earlier ones.

For years, Philips Hue's high-profile connected LEDs have been the color-changing smart bulbs to beat.

One of the fastest growing areas in home automation seems to be lighting. Every day new products come on the market and one of the most popular has been the Philips Hue, thanks to not only simple automation but also the ability to change colors....

Not in itself a new item but apart from the normal screw fitting style available for this sort of Wi-Fi bulb this unit also comes with bayonet fittings far more often found in UK home and because these bulbs are thicker after the thread they often will...

The LIFX Color 1000 has surprised and made a good impression on me. I wasn’t that enthusiastic at first, but after the configuring and integrating it,

The LIFX Color 1000 is not your ordinary light bulb... it connects to your WiFi, integrates with numerous systems and more, read on to find out more...
If you had asked me yesterday if I could get excited over a light bulb, the answer would have been a flat-out no, however after having a play around with the LIFX Color 1000, quite frankly, I am thoroughly impressed! Compared to the filament bulb I was...
