The cycle for drying wool (with the internal basket) doesn't seem work too well. However, this is a very minor point in my opinion - I don't really need this particular cycle. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.

It looks nice, has a large porthole making it easier to get clothes in and out, and there is an alleged slight reduction in electricity usage if usage and maintenance instructions are followed exactly. I live on my own so drying times for half loads...

It's noisy, rocks periodically during the tumble, and puts damp, laundry-smelling air into the room, so you need an open window. It's very heavy and one of the cheap, hollow plastic levelling feet at the base of the machine broke almost immediately....
