Installation was a breeze. Our clothes dry faster, are less wrinkled and smell fresher. This is by far the best dryer I have ever had (and I have owed many).

So far this has been everything I expected. Loads that took over an hour to dry, now dry in 30 minutes. Have not used the steam feature yet, but I'm sure it will come in handy. This is a very well made machine and has options for just about anything.

LG is rated as one of the best in consumer reports. I will stick with LG because of their great reliability. Always get the warranty just in case. I made the mistake of buying a maytag two years ago without the warranty.

We have had this product for 1 week and so far, I'm very satisfied. Still need to learn about all the bells and whistles so we can use it to it's fullest capacity.

Quick install, quiet use, dials light up and are actually easier to use than reading the instruction manual
