Very quiet, easy to use

When it works it does a good job.

We've had this tumble dryer since Feb 17. It stopped heating up in Nov 17 and the heater was replaced on 22nd Nov 17. It has just failed again less than 3 weeks later. We're not impressed at all with this product.

Neat compact

Great selection of programmes, looks nice, fairly quiet.

Broke down after 10 months and 1 cycle never seemed to get washing dry, so dry time was actually very long.

Absolute rubbish I would rather have kept my old dryer that was on recall never had a problem with that one this dryer doesn't really dry clothes and cut out / failed at 7 month old which requires a engineer to reset and a more money depending on its...

After less than a year this runs but no longer dries. Trying to connect to customer services is hellish, & once through all they want to do is sell extended warranty, then threaten with charges if they do come out under warranty & cannot find anything...

Purely aesthetic

Everything else but the look. Never warms, takes all day to do a cycle. Have bought hotpoint a few times before, last dryer was one that had to be returned as fire risk and this replacement is rubbish. Not buying hotpoint again
