I like the reverse tumble which helps not to crease, and the drying time is very good, much better than a condensor type which seems to take for ever to dry the washing.

Good Drum Size, quite and has reverse tumble. its ease of use is very good as you press one button for high/low heat setting, turn the timer for amount of time you want it to run (drying time), press on button. i wear most items without ironing...but...

can not comment on reliability as only had it for about 3 months. but bad points i have none.
