I wish you had these reviews before buying. It is horrible, doesn't dry properly anything. The sensor doesn't seem to sense dry clothes at all. Instead switches off after 15 min or maybe less. We have to plan to dry our clothes so we can keep turning...

I have just purchased this machine and really really pleased have done a full weeks wash and dryer within a day my old dryer took hours to dry one load. Highly recommend this dryer Best Buy out of all makes I have purchased.

I recently purchased this Tumble dryer and am dissapointed with how long it takes to dry clothes no matter what setting its on. It takes over 2 hours to dry a large load opposed to my previous machine that did it in well less than 1 hour.

I will contact customer services, but wish I had not purchased this dryer.
