Qpix Does Not Perform !

 

I purchased a Qpix PS970 today, 27 July 2013. I've scanned several slides with horrendous results. This product simply does not deliver what it's supposed to do. Try to understand the manual, impossible. I've got an old GAF Pana-Vue to view slides...
