I wish I could have gotten this to work because it was EXACTLY what I needed. I'm really disappointed.

My Macbook wouldn't recognize it (with drivers from PlusTek website). My Win7 tower and WinXP netbook wouldn't recognize it (with drivers from the cd provided and website)

It's very useful, user-friendly. It does not involve a lot of installation time and people who are familiar with scanning software will be able to get the hang of using this product quickly.
