Xerox DocuMate 3220

I purchased this Xerox DocuMate 3220 to replace a Xerox DocuMate 515. The 515 still functioned and was used daily but would jam frequently and require turning the unit off and on. This 3220 is a nice upgrade and makes me wish I had upgraded sooner....

Fast, great scanner. Works well with acrobat, that the is only way I use it. I normally scan 40-50 legal and letter sized documents at a time and this scanner works flawlessly. It also scans double sized documents quickly, as well.

Didn't use the software, I scan through acrobat.

Double sided scans worked.

Broke after 1.5 years. E7 error fatal hardware error, 6 months out of 1 year manufacturer warranty. Even before it died, we found the scanner software very confusing and anti-intutive. Additionally, the scanner configuration would change during scans...
