There seems to be an issue with the locking mechanism between the lid and the bowl. KitchenAid were great in promising a replacement lid & bowl but it's been a month & a half and I have just been told it will take them a minimum of 5 more weeks!...

I Love Kitchen Aid, I love my stand mixer and blender, hate, hate, hate this food processor, caused me no end of grief. You have to put it together one way only or it wont work, you have to push the handle one way or it wont work, the blade slips out...

This food processor is everything I expected. Makes large batches and I like the smaller bowl insert.

money well spent I use at least 3 times a week makes my life so much easier. fast meal with fresh veggie. healthy good for families. now that fall is in the air I will be using for baking cookies, breads. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this processor months ago. at first I was overwhelmed by it's size. Now, I use it like a new toy. This summer I have canned three runs of tomatoe soup (21 quarts) and plan to can another. At 70, it's my new BF.

So far used it 3 x. Chopped cabbage and cauliflower like a champ. Mixed bread in machine but took it out to knead dough. Cleans up nicely. I like the storage box for the blades. Easy to read instructions and safety tips
