there was a burning smell which worsened with use. had to chuck it out. failure from the start! Not happy

Needed to make 2 phone calls for help in setting up the machine and using it. The 2 people I spoke to were very helpful and courteous, but it took ages to get through to them. You need more lines.

it's motor is fast and very powerful, it is also very light and easy to clean.

it feels very plasticy, plus the grater blades feel tinny.
