Do not buy this fridge

 

We had this fridge for only 3 years when It suddenly stopped working. We got an engineer to come and look at it, assuming it could be repaired but were told we would have to scrap it as all the gas had leaked out.

Bought this fridge freezer 2 and a half years ago and its completely broken...cant be fixed. ...... Save your money and buy something else.

I loved this fridge freezer but there were silly problems with it, first the salad draw kept on dropping off the runners either side then the water dispenser stopped working. After calling argos they put us in touch with samsung who promply started...

terrible product appalling customer service

 

Don't be fooled by the initial loveliness of this fridge, we bought one, broke down within twelve months, haven't had any peace since, engineer's been out numerous times, actually told us lots of people have had the same problem and it's a design fault...

I love this fridge freezer. It's big, holds lots & is so easy to organise food both in fridge & freezer. The unplumbed water system is great though I would like an indication when I'm filling it that it's nearly full rather than having to wait until it...

The best purchase I have ever made to keep food fresh and frozen. Masses of storage space, the chilled water feature is a bonus, and looks good even in my old kitchen.

I love this fridge! It's sooooo sexy. Had it a fortnight now and don't know how I ever did without it. As an added bonus, on top of all it's other ace features, the filtered water is great for my iron as I live in a hard water area
