I would really like the product if it was made better. The pin that holds the lid on shimmies out. The cranck pin also falls out. If they would have put about 5 more cents into the product to secure those parts it would be a very nice product....

The top of the machine would get real cold and the base had no secure way on staying still. I had it for one week the handle broke off.

This works fast and effectively. Since you are the motor that crushes the ice I expected it to be harder but the blades are so sharp it works almost without needing extra force and it is fast!

you can't crush a lot of ice at once and sometimes the teeth grabbing the ice won't grab it right away, but it does a good job once the teeth take hold and it crushes it at a nice consistency, I would recommend others buy it

Built solid but handle and knob feel loose with no adjustment apparent. Considering the forces required to crush ice I'm not sure the knob will last.

Exactly what I wanted - something that makes smaller ice and is easy to use. Smaller size makes it easy to store but it still makes a couple cups of ice in less than a minute. I would recommend this product.
