This appliance is advertised as having a decibel level of 42. My appliance was noisy from day 1 measuring a whopping 51-61 decibels. The replacement appliance is exactly the same - loud - over 60 decibels. It's going back. Beware.

We have had this fridge/freezer for about 3 week and are delighted with it. It is huge. With frequent visitors we required a large fridge and this does the job beautifully. Why pay more?It is fairly noisy.
