Broke after 15 mths. Hotpoint quite blunt on the phone.

Had this freezer for 25 months and the motor has blown. By the time Hotpoint have charged a call out fee and the cost of a new motor it would not be worth it. Had to purchase another one today (different make) at great expense - not very pleased.

good looking freezer. not too noisy. drawers go in and out ok. defrost feature is handy.
