Review: Yamaha GT-5000 | High-end Analog Turntable Yamaha GT-5000
Yamaha clearly shows why they master high-end better than most, with a turntable that tears down conventions and goes its own way.
An absolutely wonderful player with all the rainbow's timbres, lightning-fast dynamics and an extremely neutral and correct sound image. The build quality is in a class of its own.
Size can be a challenge. Does not come with dust cover.
If you want to move up in the high-end class, our recommendation is first a Rega Planar 10, because it simply sounds like perfection and costs less than players it challenges on sound quality. But it is easy to argue for a Yamaha GT-5000. It looks like...

TEST: Yamaha GT-5000 – High-end analogspinner for kjennere
Yamaha viser med all tydelighet hvorfor de behersker high-end bedre enn de fleste, med en platespiller som river ned konvensjoner og går sin egen vei.
En helt vidunderlig spiller med alle regnbuens klangfarger, lynrask dynamikk og et ytterst nøytralt og korrekt lydbilde. Byggekvaliteten er i en klasse for seg.
Størrelsen kan være en utfordring. Leveres ikke med støvlokk.

Yamaha visar tydligt varför de behärskar high-end bättre än de flesta, med en skivspelare som struntar i konventioner och går sin egen väg.
En helt underbar spelare med regnbågens alla klangfärger, blixtsnabb dynamik och en extremt neutral och korrekt ljudbild. Byggkvaliteten är i en klass för sig.
Storleken kan vara en utmaning. Dammlock följer inte med.
Om du ska gå upp i high-end klass, är vår rekommendation i första hand en Rega Planar 10, eftersom den helt enkelt låter som perfektion och kostar mindre än spelarna den utmanar på ljudkvalitet. Men det är lätt att argumentera för en Yamaha GT-5000....
