This works well, but does not come with an AC adapter. Battery life is poor. Do yourself a favor and get the AC adapter, if you can find it.

The amplification was needed with my Plantronics Headset. It is perfect for me, as I have some hearing loss that affected my work. I Obtained an AC adapter, which I feel should be included at the price.

We ordered 5 at a time and everyone is having issues. There is a delay when picking up a line and it takes a while until you actually hear the caller.
