Its a great looking amp. You have the option of dimming the display by pressing one button repeatedly. Thx setting is great. EXT Stereo sounds good for music. Its also Iphone compatible. Auto set-up mic does a decent job.

Not as powerful as I imagined it to be. However, I do need to upgrade my speaker wire which I hope will make a difference.

This unit replaces an Onkyo SR 876. Much better pairing with my JBL ES 100 speakers. This clinical sounding amp works best with bright speakers. Much better calibration mic than the Onkyo. Better THX and DTS performance. Speaker switching feature is...

No s-video!!! No all-channel stereo mode (this is necessary because the rear channels output at same level as front speakers meaning tv volume can be lowered at night). Remote is too small and the inputs are not backlit! Also backlight is WAY TOO...

Excellent all around features. Fantastic sound with lots of detail in movies and music which i did'nt hear from my previous Onkyo875. Playing music from my Iphone4 via bluetooth is amazing. 3D movie playback is jaw-dropping!
