My only bad point is no external volume control button

Just a really good quality laptop, that's not too heavy at an affordable price. The keyboard has a lovely feel to it and looks like it would be easy enough to keep clean.

Have had problems connecting with wireless networks. Seems this is to do with some of the default network DNS settings, which require tweaking. Also didn't like the drop down menu bar along the top, but at least it was easy to disable.

It works really well, it's fast, it's got a really good design and it's easy to use. I am so happy that I picked this laptop because it really is one of the best I've ever used. It's just as good as a mac but without the confusing software!

I'm not sure if the battery life is great, but I've hardly used it without the plug in anyway so it's been fine for me

Slightly expensive, but it is a Vaio, and in my opinion, that is worth it.

Battery life is unfortunately dire, I can watch 1 film on power saver mode from my hard disk (so not from DVD rom drive), using headphones, before the battery dies, forget playing games on the battery it will be dead in 30 mins, am having to look into...
