I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Toshiba and this laptop forced me to go online somewhere and warn potential buyers.

Looks and works like brand new

 

Once I did some research and started booting into desktop with a shell that emulates Windows 7 start menu and desktop I feel right at home with 8.1 and very happy.
