I wasn't expecting much for fifty bucks, but this piece fell well below those expectations. It runs on some form of embedded mobile Windows which is truly painful to try to operate. I could not get it to do anything. And like I say, my expectations...

Too slow for even the internet.

Light weight, cheap.

Cheap. You can not install normal programs with this OS which makes it worthless.

Sylvania Smartbook

 

can go on facebook, but other than that its useless...This was my only Christmas present to myself and I had wanted something I could watch netflix with in bed etc, my husband is injured and bedridden ...I am disheartened...and sad.

I am extremely disappointed...and sad with this product.

Buyer beware.

 

After it all, I essentially burned 20 bucks for a headache. Don't waste your money on this refurbished product. If you're really dying for one, just buy it new.

First one i received had a broken sd card reader, after RMAing it I received another netbook with a broken sd card reader.

everything. i bought this computer because i wanted to try Uberoid on it like it said in the reviews. big mistake...i couldn't get it to install properly and all i ended up doing was making it worse. now is just bricked. not even worth an effort.

Garbage Out Of The Box

 

In fairness, I wasn't expecting much for about $50. I should've bought a used smartphone instead.

Cheap enough you don't feel homicidal.

This thing is proper garbage. Support unreachable. Failed to boot right out of the box. Flashed Uberoid because of the feedback suggestions and found it had less than the 500mb RAM advertised. Only connects to wifi if within 10ft of my router. Piece-...

Not a smart buy...

 

The wireless connection did not function right out of the box and the cost to the customer to return the item is prohibitively high to do so, so I'm stuck with it now. It was not a smart buy on my part. I've learned my lesson.

Display not too bad.

No wireless connectivity (defective), had previous owner's dial-up network connections still on it and shortcuts to their documents (though no documents left on device), dirty (covered in oily finderprints).

Password!? Wth?

 

Netflix won't connect, and can't load pandora/slacker, however google drive works fine :) in uberoid

cheap, Uberoid runs ok.

Came with password, Digital Gadgets support was unreachable, finally found a restore, but no apps worked, no ie, no wifi button. found out it did in fact have 384 mb of ram (WTH guys, false advertisement.)
