Design good layout, love the back light keyboard & blue ray.

Graphics Card needs to be better, will note play games i would like. Battery should have been a 9 cell for this price. Power pack is bit of brick

Good design and reasonable processing power and speed

Mouse pad awkward, laptop bulky and heavy and prone to crashing (as are most laptops, unfortunately!)

Blue screen then shuts down when using internet explorer. Returned to Sony for a repair, got it back with scratches all over the screen trim. Contacted Sony about it and was told that i had done it!! Plus the fault is still happening! NOT IMPRESSED...

The only thing I can say and this is being picky is that there is not an external monitor connection and usb at the back some how. I know the screen lid interferes with it but it spoils the asthetics having the mouse cable coming out on the right and...
