The look is sleek I3 processor is very fast, and the graphical user interface is very user friendly. Screen is large Many USB ports Good brightness Sony vaio personal software, i.e web cam companion

Battery is awful, only 3 hours max. of battery life. Sound without a headset is very low. Computer can sometimes freeze. My computer is only 2 years old and it does this. Webcam is low definition and very blurry

Decent spec and fairly quick laptop for the price I paid.Island keyboard with seperate number keys and connectivity are good.

Chasis material and looks lets this machine down.

once you upload new window you will never get your laptop software back as you get first time when you buy new product

Simple to use

Monitor casing poor quality as it pops open and has to be pushed back together. Keys have come away and replaced under warranty. Eight pound phone call to Sony to organise repair.

ITS NOTHING SPECIAL AND A MAJOR MINUS IS LACK OF BACK UP DISCS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THE THING WORKING AGAIN WHEN YOU HAVE A VIRUS THAT DISABLES IT, NO MATTER HOW CAREFULL YOU ARE THIS WILL ALWAYS HAPPEN

The laptop does not get hot. Easy to type. Great grip on the keyboard for a relaxed hand fit. Colour is great. Comes with great programmes.

Webcam does not work. The sound jutters when there are a couple of programmes open. Poor quality sound.

looks amazing, performs most operations with ease. it also comes with some interesting programs that are fun to play around with. it comes with 4 usb ports, which comes in handy

doesn't perform as well as i thought it would, with the occasional freeze and it being slow at times but quite rarely. its also quite heavy so it might be prefered to rest it on something. it can also be a bit loud at times, especially while using the...

I have always had sony products, and am a great beleivers in the products. I have had My Sony lap top since Chrismas and realy love it so fast compared to my previous Sony lap top which was 4 years old.

I dont have any bad points.
