Vaio vpccw22fx !!

Extremely pleased with my purchase ! was bought primarily for mobility/school and a bonus that it could play games. Totally surpassed what i needed and runs extremely well and has been very stable (win7) so far. The aesthetics and performance of this...

clean and sleek looking, also very lightweight ! great performance, both in gaming and everyday applications. runs very very cool, even under intense load and is very quiet, even with the fan on

not so much cons but ... highest graphics settings in some games played (WoW, SCII) cause a little graphics lag. Battery life is typical, nothing great, but also nothing terrible. The battery was a little loose, but i just folded up a piece of paper...

Great little laptop

I was a little concerned that the i3 would not be enough power for my needs, but it chews through everything I run. The dedicated graphics are great for Photoshop acceleration as well. I tried some games to see how this thing would do (all in...

This is a great laptop for a general-purpose user. I am a computer science and graphic design student so getting a 14" laptop that could run all the applications I need to was tricky. This machine can run anything I throw at it from visual studio to...

The only drawback on this guy is battery life. I get about 2:30 with regular usage (web browsing while running MS Office/Adobe CS4 apps). It does have a "display off" button that is great to save battery though, since I can power off the display if I...

Many Orders, First Review

I buy from newegg all the time and don't write reviews on anything, but this laptop is great. If the specs are in the range of what your looking for, it won't disappoint.

This laptop is fast, not too power hungry, and feature packed. It seems to be one of the few laptops left that you can get XP drivers for easily

Small-ish ; Portable ; Fast ; Lots of Memory(4GB) ; Windows Experience ; Proc: 6.2 ; RAM: 5.9 ; Graphics: 6.4 ; Gaming: 6.4 ; HD: 5.9 ; Overall: 5.9 ; Wireless, Bluetooth, 500GB HD, Card Reader, HDMI, VGA, 1.3MP WebCam ; FINALLY NO MODEM ; Love the...

Cheap case. Whenever I pick it up from under the CD/DVD-ROM Burner I feel like I'm going to snap the case under it ; HD needs replacing (SSD?) ; Lots of Extra Software included and installed ; Lots of Free Trial Software (like Symantic Anti-Virus,...

Could be better, but overall great choice

So far I am very happy with my purchase, despite the cons listed above. The hardware specs are just fantastic, and it generally seems like a very good unit. I decided on this over the ASUS X83VP-A1 here on NewEgg. Although I really like ASUS's...

First of all, the specs on this guy are phenomenal, especially for a 14" laptop. It runs fast and efficient, taking under 4 minutes to do a full install of Office 2007 Enterprise while handling Windows updates in the background ; It doesn't heat up,...

Sony (apparently) is pretty famous for bloat-ware, and the CW seems to be no exception. There were 75 programs pre-installed on the machine, many of which I have still to figure out their actual function. Also, while it is a great improvement over...
