Has a good look 6GB RAM does boost performance

Battery life is poor Had a bad experience all together, the charger stopped working within 3 months, and even the replaced charger went off again. Totally 3 chargers in a year. Gets heated up quickly and then shutsdown.

taking 6 weeks to replace my cd rom

Reliable and connects so easily to my other sony products.

An ongoing minor issue with the graphics. Conducting a complete "restore"is not straight forward it could be easier.

first of all to be fair i should add im a very heavy user and this laptop has been used as a desktop replacent its always on and is used for several hours non stop its a real work horse, nice looking laptop packed with plenty of fetures has a nice feel...

ive had the laptop for 6 months now the mouse pad is starting to look quite worn all the raised detail has dissapeared in places wich makes the laptop look older than it is. i was dissapointed with the speed at first it wasnt as fast as id expected 6gb...

Amazing package that more than handles all my applications. Very impressed with the low cost and excellent performance for its price. I work offshore and this laptop regularly makes the 1 hour helicopter trip with associated handling/baggage problems...

Quick to respond to user input, ability to use quickly and efficiently. Plenty of memory and Hard drive space.

To many installed products which are of no requirement to running of machine. Sony are keen to install features which are already part of windows when they could install products which are not included in the laptop.

Good key board and screen. Compared with my old pentium || it is much faster. I am very pleased with this product.

Battery life could be better. Too much software.

I like the crisp design and that it's clean looks. It also seems easy to keep clean.

It went wrong almost straight away. I think that the battery life is poor.
