Very bad performance. Earlier I bought one SONY VAIO, which was fantastic. This one is the worst laptop I have ever seen. I have been reset this laptop 12 times in last 6months, which very bad. I am really frustated.

Good design. Great processing speed. Touch-pad works perfectly with Windows 8.

Battery life could be longer.

Norton 360 is not working.To connect online I have to uninstall it.
