wirless won't work, newegg won't replace

 

the computer works fine

the wireless won't work. I bought a 1 year warrenty just in case something went wrong with a refurbished unit. That should be able to cover a replacement item barely a month into ownership. Someone please help me on this? How can a 1 year warrenty not...

Refurbished SAMSUNG NP-RC512-A01US

 

Mind you, I've owned it for a week. This is my first laptop in ages as I haven't had great luck / experience with laptops, so I hope it lasts for awhile. I did buy the 1 year extra warranty.

Was able to handle installation of Photoshop CS6 and runs fairly well with it ; Installed tomcat / eclipse, etc. Handles all of it without feeling sluggish ; Wide Keyboard is awesome with all the available keys right there. (See 'con' down below) ;...

Battery Life ; Keyboard, because it's so wide, now you have even more changes of hitting wrong keys all over the place. Not sure why there's a need to do control+arrow keys which flips the screens in many various ways. o_0 I wish the many QWERTY...

6gb ; 750gb hdd ; i7 processor ; 4+ hour battery on 15'' screen ; 4 usb slots, of which 2 are 3.0 ; very nice keyboard; keys are nicely spaced. Nice layout, and keys give good mechanical feedback. Lots of Fn buttons ; nice webcam ; nicely sized...

dvd drive is old-style; wish it would have been a slotted, non-mechanical one ; on-board graphics are obviously going to be the limiter on this laptop, but that should be known before purchase

Great work or play machine. i7 QuadCore goodness :)

 

Buy it you won't be disapointed.
