Keys are nearly full size. I little bit bigger than the IBM/Lenovo's I have used in the past. Shop around you can find a good deal on this one.

Great laptop

 

This laptop is great for anyone... yea pretty much anyone unless you want to be able to game.

The laptop looks new out of the box. 4GB RAM, big hard drive, intel core 2 duo processor, and other great specs

The one touch "quick launch" buttons are a bit sensitive. Pressing the volume up and down buttons results in the system freezing while trying to up the volume. (even after reinstalling drivers)

Love this machine! It was a super deal. It's the 3rd refurbished HP i have purchased in the last year (kids in college) and they all run great. No issues.

Superfast ; Tons of RAM... can't slow it down ; Big hard drive ; Great display ; Nice chassis design

I HATE the "capacitive" touch control for the volume, mute, and DVD. I am constantly accidentally touching them. It drives me nuts ; Don't like the power cable plugging in on the side... I like it in the rear, like my Sony Vaio. Always afraid it is...

I would recommend anyone to buy this laptop.

Everything works great seems to work fine, haven't had any hardware troubles with the computer yet

The remote control doesn't seem to work, don't know if it's because of the batter or the remote control

Great Buy

 

People who complain about the not having physical copy of drivers and OS's, you can burn your own copy through HP's backup drive. It's located in your laptop's hard drive. Also read through the big fold out sheet that came with your laptop, it will...

For the price you pay and for what you get, the bang is def. there. Obviously, people shouldn't complain about the graphics adapter in notebooks because if your gamer play on a desktop

hp comes with recovery discs

 

hp comes with recovery program that you use to create back up recovery dvd's. If your computer needs an OS reinstall then use the dvd's and it reinstalls everything again in a about 2 hours. Individual drivers can be found on their web site as well

no dvd burner is a little rough but I can work around it

Nice looking computer. Better than what I expected for a refurbished item. The features are more that enough for the average user. The price is well below what you expect for similar featured laptops. Hard drive is more that enough
