The product is good, fast and nice style

Very happy with the purchase. Fast performance and great value for money.

Minor bad point: Doesn't take new sony slim memory stick, but very inexpensive USB card reader solves the problem :-)

For the price i paid as a referbed laptop, this product is really good value. I've not had any problems with it so far. This is my second Packard bell laptop, and the old one lasted 5 years.

Says it has blue-tooth connectivity but haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Great laptop, excellent performance and screen size, webcam was very clear and the 500gb HDD was more than ample

middle row of the keyboard packed in within 3 weeks, so it had to go back - I'm sure this is a one-off, though, and would still be happily using it now
